After upgrading the firmware I can't load the control app
Only one simultaneous connection can be made to the SB01 at a time. If you have the firmware update app open and try to open the control app, it will not connect. Please close the firmware update app and try again.
The firmware update app will not connect
Check to see if you have the control app open in another browser tab or window. Only one simultaneous connection can be made to the SB01 via WebUSB. Close the other tabs and windows and you should be able to connect.
The firmware update process will not complete. It gets stuck in a loop
We have gotten reports from users experiencing problems with the update process when connecting to a Mac Mini (M4) or a Mac Studio. The problem seems to be isolated to the front ports on these machines. Try using the ports on the back or another computer – it should resolve the issue.
We are actively investigating this issue and will provide updates as we learn more.
I'm having trouble with latency using MIDI over USB
Since initial release of the SB01 we have rewritten the firmware from the ground up to provide class leading MIDI performance.
Please navigate to firmware.playsuperlative.com and upgrade your firmware.
